The principal role of the Anchorage Class LSDs was to carry landing craft to supplement those already carried by the LPDs, which carried less landing craft and more troops and cargo.

85% Acrylic, 15% Wool. Structured, mid-profile, six panel with pre-curved visor, sewn eyelets, and adjustable hook and loop closure. One size.
